This Vinyasa style class is open to all. We move the body, steady the mind, and flow with the breath. Through dynamic sequences, breath directed movements, and held/static postures, the body opens and the mind becomes fully absorbed in a feeling of energized, relaxed awareness. Variations and modifications are offered along the way. Practice closes with a deeply calming final relaxation- Shavasana.
