This gentle all-levels class invites you to move with increasing awareness, explore sensations with open curiosity, and deepen your relationship to diaphragmatic breathing. 

Various sukshma vyayama (subtle exercises) are used to remove any blockages which prevent the free flow of energy in the body and mind. Restorative sequences, gentle yin postures, and therapeutic techniques produce dramatic and lasting results.

This class is ideal for anyone dealing with chronic conditions, managing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, and growing our capacity for focusing attention as with ADD and ADHD.
