Our core is the foundation and source of all movement. Our glutes are our largest muscles, and generate power and stability. Dis-function and poor communication in these areas can lead to tight and weak hips, adductors, lower back, knees, and even neck and shoulders. This class is designed to improve posture, stability, and balance as well as boost your energy and vitality!

During this class you will be guided through a range of movements that focus on strengthening and stabilizing the glutes and core muscles. These may include planks, bridges, crunches, and twists, as well as more dynamic movements like lunges and squats. Through proper recruitment of these muscles groups we can release unnecessary holding and tension in the entire hip complex.

This class is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, and can be tailored to meet the specific needs and capacity of each student. Relaxation and breathing techniques combine to increase body awareness, reduce stress, and move with more ease and grace. Open to all. No previous yoga experience required.
