In this Vinyasa style class we vitalize the body, focus the mind, and move with the breath. Through dynamic sequences, breath directed movements, and longer holds, the body opens and the mind becomes fully absorbed in a state of Flow. Variations and modifications are offered along the way. Practice closes with a deeply calming Shavasana.

Open to all. Mats and props provided.
