In this 1 hour class we vitalize the body, focus the mind, and move with the breath. Through dynamic sequences, breath directed movements, and therapeutic holds, the body opens and the mind becomes fully absorbed in a state of Flow. Variations and modifications are offered along the way. Practice closes with a deeply calming Shavasana.
Please bring your own mat, leave shoes, coats, and phones etc downstairs.
