This therapeutic class is designed to release and open the hips, lower back, and pelvis through gentle movements and flowing sequences. Using breathing techniques, awareness of sensations, and longer holds in restorative/therapeutic postures- we will expand into areas of restriction to release blocked energy and holding patterns.

Through proper recruitment of the diaphragm we will learn to engage the core, where all movement originates, helping to maintain proper muscle balance throughout the entire human movement system. We will close with a deeply calming final relaxation that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. 

This class is suitable for all levels and experience. Suggested props: Bolster, blankets, pillows, blocks, and a strap.
