This Gentle Yoga class offers a supportive, nurturing practice for those living with chronic illness, balance issues, and anyone in need of deep relaxation. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, this class helps ease tension, improve circulation, support immune function and lymphatic drainage, and restore balance—supporting the body’s natural capacity to heal while honoring each student’s unique needs.
Suggested props: bolster or pillows, a yoga strap, blocks and a chair.
