Restorative yoga is a gentle, nurturing practice that supports deep relaxation and well-being. Poses are held with little to no effort, using props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, chairs, pillows, straps, or the wall. Sequences are designed to reduce stress and anxiety, regulate the nervous system, support healthy breathing mechanics, and promote overall balance of body and mind. Variations and modifications are offered throughout the class. This class is suitable for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. All props are provided.
