In this class we move the body, steady the mind, and flow with the breath. Through dynamic sequences, breath directed transitions, and longer holds — the body opens at its own pace, and the mind becomes fully absorbed in a feeling of energized, relaxed awareness. Variations and modifications are offered along the way. Practice closes with a deeply calming final relaxation —Shavasana. Open to all. Mats and props provided.
